Pay With A Liberty Bay Account

Through Online or Mobile Banking

• Log in to your Liberty Bay account through Online Banking or our Mobile App
• In Online Banking, select “Make A Transfer” located under “Transfers & Payments” in the main navigation menu. In our Mobile App, select “Make A Transfer” located on the bottom navigation menu
• Select the account you’d like to use to pay your loan in the “From Account” dropdown menu
• Select the loan you’d like to pay in the “To Account” dropdown menu
• Select “Transfer” to complete your payment

Please note, if your payment is not at least the minimum payment showing due or is delinquent, you may not be able to transfer the payment. You will need to call Member Services at (617) 439-6500 to assist you in processing the payment.

Be sure to mail your payment 5 to 7 business days ahead of your due date to allow plenty of time to reach us before the payment due date.

Pay With Another Financial Institution

Through QuickPay

To serve our members better and give you the options you need, Liberty Bay is excited to introduce QuickPay – a new, easy way to make your loan payments. Our new QuickPay option will allow you to securely make your loan payment using an account from another financial institution via ACH (electronic check), at no additional charge!

Loans Eligible for QuickPay:

• Home equity lines of credit (HELOCs)
• Personal loans
• Auto & RV loans
• Boat loans

Get Started Today:

• Log in to your Liberty Bay account through Online Banking or our Mobile App and click on “Pay Loan With QuickPay” under the Transfers & Payments tab.
• Add the external account by providing the routing and account number to be used for payment.
• Schedule a one-time payment, or set up recurring automatic payments.

Through My Mortgage

To pay your Liberty Bay mortgage from another financial institution we are excited to offer My Mortgage, our online Mortgage Loan Servicing Portal.

Quickly View:

• Payment due date & payment history
• Current balances
• Payment options
• Previous and current year-to-date totals
• Loan statements & documents

Get Started Today:

• Log in to your Liberty Bay account through Online Banking or our Mobile App
• Select My Mortgage Portal under “Transfers & Payments” in the navigation menu
