Send a Secure Email

If you want to talk about your account, you can sign in to Online Banking, choose “Support,” then “Secure Email”. Or, through our Mobile App select “More” then choose “Secure Email”. A Member Services team member will respond to your message shortly.

Online and Mobile Banking User Profile Deletion

If you would like to request removal of your online and mobile banking profile simply send an email request to membersvcs@lbcu.org. Please type “Remove Online Banking Profile” in the subject line of your email and provide us with a good phone number to reach you at. One of our representatives will be in touch with you to confirm the request is valid and initiate the process.

Your accounts will remain active in our main system history as long as your accounts are open, but all Internet and Mobile Banking access will be deleted. You may wish to download your statements prior to submitting your request by accessing them under the Account Services Tab and choosing View Statements or in our Mobile App under the More Tab then select View Statements.
